[PD] mp3cast and icecast 2

Hi again,

I figured out how to connect to Icecast2 using HTTP Base Auth scheme. An 
updated shoutcast~ (sources only) can be found at 
http://www.akustische-kunst.org/puredata/shout/. Look for version 0.5.
