[PD] mp3cast and icecast 2

thx Olaf, after reading your code,
i also adapted mp3cast~ to support
icecast 2 servers.

Pall, i think both shoutcast~ and mp3cast~ support mountpoints.
the main difference remains in the handling of buffers
which is different.
