[PD] mp3write and shoutamp

hi,

well, i don't really know how you read back the mp3
( with mp3play ?? ), but yep, the default mode
of mp3write is append which means everything
is added at the end of all of what has been recorded before,
maybe it' not what you want.

if you want to use this as a buffer, you'd better use the truncate mode.
