[PD] Colored patch cords

Hi!

 I just started using pd, and I've got a question:
is it possible to have colored patch cords (diffrent color
for signal cords, and diffrent for messages) in pd 0.37?
I've found this:

but I dont know how to use this patch, and the binary
version doesn't work with 0.37?

And one more thing. I'm using pd on windows.
