[PD] -nogui=>audiostuck

Do you have a netreceive object in your patch? When using -nogui with Pd on
Windows, you need to have a netreceive object somewhere (anywhere) in your
patch so the Pd scheduler has something to select() on, else it will grind
to a halt. Hope this helps.
