[PD] PD Installation locked me out of Terminal OS X

Which file is "this file"? I wasn't sure about your antecedent.

Did you perhaps change the terminal Window Settings at some point and
click on "Use Settings as Default"? That may have made it the default.

Here's the response I got back from the last person who asked (Alex Geddie):
