[PD] cannot pd-0.37 ./configure --enable-jack

Yes, it has a few changes in the API to make error returns from
functions more clear, that kind of stuff. 

Find all places wich include asoundlib.h and add this before the
include:

  #define ALSA_PCM_OLD_HW_PARAMS_API
  #define ALSA_PCM_OLD_SW_PARAMS_API

(or update to the newer Pd @ ccrma, 0.37.0 is out - a bit late, cough,
but well, better late than never :-)
