[PD] Dynamically instantiating arrays

Frank,

This is great.

I can't get the disconnect to work, getting:
error: canvas: no method for 'disconnect'

I've tried the exact syntax as the 'connect', which is working for me.
I've tried to use on both connects written into the patch and send into 
the patch dynamically.
