[PD] how much sample per second with [env~]

Hi all.
I was wondering what was the relation betwen the [env~] ' s size and the enveloping sample frequency.
I mean ( sorry for my english ) how many samples i get for a [env~ 1024] , and for a  [env~ 4096] ?
