[PD] rradical patches causing segmentation fault

I think I found the reason: knob has to be adapted to a change in Pd's
(private) API in 0.37. Either check it out again from the CVS, where I
commited the fix, or comment out line 718 in knob.c like: 

/* x->x_gui.x_unique_num = 0; */

Then recompile.
