[PD] Knob external

All, Frank,

I've moved on to the RRad pattern sequencer and consequently the knob 
abstraction.  I had to add #include "m_pd.h" just before m_imp.h to 
compile as well as comment out lines 786 and 787 (with w_propertiesfn 
and w_savefn).  Consequently, the abstraction works, except I can't 
access the properties dialog.  Attempting to compile without the lines 
commented out results in "structure has no member named..." compile 
errors on those two lines.  Any ideas?
