[PD] howto: starting PD in your patches directory (for windows users)

hi kids

running windows (i'm on xp) you can start pd from your patches 
directory. this way, when you click "open file", you will see your 
patches right there instead of having to navigate to them.

1. create a shortcut to your pd batch file containing startup options 
with an absolute path (ie: "c:\pd\bin\pd.exe")
2. in the properties for this shortcut make sure the "start in" 
directory is the path to your patches

this streamlines my process a bit, so i thought others might find it 
useful as well. though it still would be nice to set default directories 
for openpanel and savepanel ...
