[PD] vst instrument

hi

if i remember correctly, the current implementation will not receive 
midi notes as a VST. there was a patch released on this list to enable 
it, but i haven't tried it. i think it required a virtual midi driver 
like midi yoke?

i've been sending OSC commands for sequencing to get around this 
limitation. it's great to be able to integrate pd with other apps!
