There's also the Hauppauge USB-Live:

The maximum resolution is 352x288, for both the PV-321 and the USB-Live,
because they use (slow) USB 1.1.

A new PV product is very interesting:

It can capture at up to 704x480, and uses USB 2.0,
but I don't know if there's drivers for Linux.
