[PD] x,y controller and such by the way

I just downloaded the pianoroll object at 
http://ydegoyon.free.fr/pianoroll-0.7.zip
, put the dll in  \pd\bin\
, opened help-pianoroll.pd
, and found that <right-mouse>properties is greyed out.
(Running pd 0.37 on Windows XP)
Do I need to compile it from source?
