[PD] about Gem (from France), some help ?

hi,
I started with Pure Data 3 months ago. My only experience before is Reaktor.
I don't even know what means to compile a program (I will look for 
information about that on internet).
So I run a windows xp platform.
I downloaded Pd 0.37.
Where can I find an easy way to install Gem ?
I know a to do a .bat file (I can run zexy and percolate at the same time)
