[PD] convolution external url

currently only the windows version is on there, but the demo can be run on
a windows machine that doesn't have pd installed because pd is included.
before i had a problem with this external and a missing msvcrtd.dll file,
but hopefully that isn't a problem anymore. anyway i'm going to be working
on this and eventually there will be more downloads, but for those hungry
for some spatial audio here's a demo and the source code. let me know what
you think about it!
