[PD] using mutiple midi out devices

it's possible to have multiple midi outs selected.

i believe the first midi out will be channels 1-16, the second will be 
17-32. the first argument of noteout will be the channel number. so:

|  60 127 (
  |
[noteout 20]

would be a middle C at full volume on the second midi device's channel 4...
