[PD] quoting hack and toxy

hi all,

toxy is incompatible with the cvs branch of Pd.  Do not use toxy,
unless you are running the Miller's branch.  I appologize to
everybody for all the wasting of time and nerves caused by that.

Guenter, are people supposed to use the quoting feature, or is it
purely experimental?  Do you consider the "" way of spelling the
literal " a permanent design, or is it just a side-effect of the
current implementation?
