[PD] Flext (or lack of it)

yeah, the exact problem is this notion of editing it
to match my sytem, what does it entail? i'm afraid
that despite the actual simplicity of the whole msdos
"thing" it's actually outside my experience. I'm
getting rather used to the message "bad command or
file name" (even when i, say, try out files like
build-pc-bcc.bat) i think i need a crash course in
msdos, any suggestions?
