[PD] GEM second screen?????

two ways:

- 'secondscreen 1' works fine on 10.2.  the dimen message sets the 
resize just make sure you use a supported res.

- 'offset x y' plus the proper 'dimen x y' to cover the screen.

there should be no real performance difference between them.

the fullscreen code will be rewritten for OSX in the near future.
