ah indeed.
i had thought that with restarting tha audio-engine with a message like
[; pd dsp 0; pd dsp 1(, there would be no drop out.
but i was wrong...

and even turning the dsp on again (without prior turning of) does not help.

but the patches created prior to the last one will start sounding.
so if you could afford creating a dummy after each realy "bug"-object, 
you will get what you want (though it is not very elegant)
