[PD] Binaural processing

well, there is a LADSPA plugin that does HRTF (in the caps
collection - http://quitte.de/dsp/caps.html) but it uses only the
0-elevation.  So you can use it with the plugin~ extern (if you're on
linux, that is)

Haven't used it yet...
