[PD] pd + midi = glitches [calling all Gurus!]

Thanks for the reply.....

I'll see what I can do. One of my controllers is a USB-MIDI keyboard, 
however I am having trouble getting USB MIDI working, but that's a 
question for another list.

One question: could you reproduce my problem in your setup? I mean the 
glitches? Or is it unique to my setup [in which case I can blame the 
unrecommended Ricoh cardbus controller on my laptop, perhaps...]
