[PD] pd equiv of Lchunk object?

hi
i'm need to parse incoming raw data through comport2000 (works like 
a charm) using my new serial device. the data comes streaming in as 
a list and i have to break them up in chunks (or anything), so I need 
something like the max/msp Lchunk to do this.
