[PD] pd start&alsa (maybe not...)

This seems to be a neverending topic. The hammerfall cards want a
different format, which is currently not supported by pd's ALSA
code. It might be possible to use ALSA's plugin device to do
on the fly conversion, but I am not sure if the latency is better
than with jack.

For the rest, if people with a hdsp promise me to test it I could
change the ALSA driver to work with the hdsp. I do not have such a
card myself.
