[PD] pd 0.37.1 Windows installer release candidate

Prepend this to the pd.bat file:
   cd [path to your pd installation directory]

For example
  cd "c:\program files\pd"  (Hans' standard install)
or
  cd c:\pd    (my installation)

The pd.bat (and all other included pd-option.bat files) assume the
present working directory is the pd installation directory.
