[PD] disable F10 shortcut

Hi.

F10 appears to invoke the 'File' menu, I'd like to get rid of this
shortcut because it interferes with the construction of my patches (I
use the laptop keyboard as a primary controller). I looked for it in
pd.tk but I can't find the binding (I don't really grok tcl/tk much
either but I'd think it would not be so hard to find...). Can someone
tell me where it is defined?

Ideally I'd like to disable (at least temporarily) all of the Alt and
Ctl bindings as well, since the keyboard overlay modes are extremely
useful.
