[PD] installing two Pd & .deb to .tar.gz

nevermind, i have written nonsense. ("dpkg -x" will extract the 
installed files, but there will be no data.tar.gz (which holds these files)

just use "ar x maddebfile_0.1-1_i386.deb" and you will get the 
data.tar.gz which you have to gunzip.

no need to compile dpkg
