[PD] Problem Compiling VST~

Hi

I am attempting to compile and run the VST~ object from Thomas Grill but
have a couple of problems. The first one is that the version 1.4 (no
1.5?) will not load into MSVC .NET 2003, but the 1.3 version will. The
message I receive is that the file is corrupt even though I can open and
read it in a text editor. When I run the 1.3 version I get a message
from 'cl.exe' reporting there is no disk in the drive which repeats
around 100 times and can only be removed by clicking the 'continue'
button furiously. When it finally gets to the end there seem to be some
errors in the code as shown below.

------ Build started: Project: vst, Configuration: Debug Win32 ------

Also is there a way of specifying the 'WINVER' as it is defaulting to
XP. (I am running Windows 2000)

Thanks in advance for any help
