[PD] GEM + Logitech Quickcam = no textures

For what it's worth,
I never got my logitech quickcam notebook pro working _without_ pwcx.
With it it is working fine. (except that I have to unplug it and plug it
in again if pdp closed it/crashed. Otherwise I get a blackout every second
or so. With Gem it just works.

I am using the 0.9 beta drivers.
