Have a look at PDP example12.pd. It allows to export a series of .png 
images to a directory. this could help you out in this situation i think.

[pdp_save_png_sequence] is the exact name of the object.  Then perhaps 
you could import the png images to "insert favorite video editor" and 
make a sequence out of them.
