[PD] pidip + linux [again!]

Jaromil and I are trying to compile Pidip for a Dynebolic release, and 
we keep getting the following error when loading:

undefined symbol: ScaleShortToQuantum

We think it comes from something in modules_pdp_capture, maybe having to 
do with ImageMagick.

ImageMagick: 6.0
ffmpeg: 0.4.8
imlib2: 1.1

All have been freshly recompiled for the install.
