[PD] writesf~ and Windows

i'm curious ... they are using posix threads ... do they compile on
windows? i searched the web about that and it seems that there is a
cygwin implementation of the posix threads for windows ... 
concerning miller's comment in the d_soundfile.c header, they shouldn't
work on windows ... (since i'm not using windows i can't prove it)
