[PD] changing the coding (character set)

hi Yury,

do not know about your setup, but the version of Tcl coming with
Miller's Pd for Windows lacks encoding files, and none of iso8859
encodings is built in (querying for "encoding names" shows just
"utf-8 identity unicode" under xp).

You should get iso8859-5.enc file, and put it where Tcl would
search for (probably ...\pd\lib\Tcl8.3\encoding).

One remaining problem is how to input non-ascii chars -- currently
this has to be done by editing .pd files outside of Pd.

The other problem is setting a proper font for Pd text objects,
which is doable but hackish. When done, it should be possible to
have "encoding system iso8859-5" in pd.tk.
