[PD] Live, Jack and PD.

Hi list,
I have looked around a bit to figure out how to route multichannel 
audio from AbeltonLive into PD on OSX. Using Jack seems to be the way 
forward, but Im struggling to figure out how to get this to work. Are 
there any resources on using Jack and PD? And what libraries do I need 
to have installed to get this working. Any help is much appreciated.
