[PD] audio I/0 stuck

hi list.

ive got an audio problem: when i let pd run by itself for about more than 5 
min, i get: audio I/O stuck... closing audio.
i set up my pc to max performance and i reinstall soundcard pretty often, 
but as soon as its idle for awhile, i loose my audio. i cant really figure 
it out....plz help
