[PD] Interpolating continuous controllers

Thanks to Georg and Matt for MIDI recording help. I am
working on a subpatch with qlist now.

Another question... 
My synth uses continuous controller sliders to control
parameters of timbre in real-time. The values go from
from 0 - 127. When I move the slider quickly, clicks
are heard as the value steps up. What is the best way
of interpolating incoming MIDI slider messages?
