You might want to post your current .pdrc as well. You need to specify
the full path to "pdp.pd_linux" withouth that .pd_linux in your .pdrc

Example 1: 

-lib /usr/lib/pd/externs/pdp

Example 2 as a better alternative:

-path /usr/lib/pd/externs
-lib pdp
