Hi Chun,

This is a fairly 'dirty' workaround, but you could try making two 
symbolic links to the your new libs. This should trick the system into 
using them ;-)

ln -s libtcl8.4.so libtcl8.3.so
ln -s libtk8.4.so libtk8.3.so
