[PD] faster Pd archive search

Not in mbox format: they're website archives, and end 2002-08
The 'site' is not easily searchable without a local webserver running
with a cgi-bin search app.
Not easily convertible back to mbox.
Indexes require rebuilding with makeindex which works in cygwin.
