[PD] newbie learning how to 'make'

Great! I have got it compiled now, thanks very much. Just one more question
though. Where are all the .h files live? In my makefile, it says

INCLUDES = -I. -I.. -I../include

Say if I need math.h and other ANSI C .h. Do they all live together?
