[PD] create/duplicate del object bug?

hmmm cannot reproduece this with neither devel_0.37 nor miller's 0.37,
that is on debian ppc with tcl8.4

well for netreceive it's obvious - if you have one [netreceive portno] in
your patch already, a copy of it simply cannot get hold of the same port
number - could that be the problem ?
