[PD] Was there a change in how MIDI is transmitted ????

Thanks Miller,

I'd love to blame this on MSW but it works on version 0.34 in Windows but
not 0.37 in Linux. I guess I should try 0.37 in Windows to see if the code
has changed there as well.
