Oh, I see what the problem is - there is no 'ram' message implemented 
under windows, but the LoadRam() function is there.  Strange that the 
code to do it is sitting there without a way to call it!

I don't have a Windows compiler setup to build GEM, so someone else 
will have to do it after the code changes (I'm guessing Johannes will 
do this).  So I suppose the next release of a CVS binary will have this 
fixed.
