[PD] gem: yuv_adjust in linux (or altivec)

Replace yuv_adjust with pix_offset. They are the same object.
Also, you don't need the -DALTIVEC flag anymore, however I'm not sure
that -faltivec works on linux either (I've never tried compiling on
LinuxPPC). The code has #ifdef __VEC__ for the altivec code, so maybe
just force that?
