[PD] searching Time Stretch. vst-fx

Does it have to be a VST plugin? Why not do it inside of Pd? There is
a simple time strecher in B14.sampler.rockafella.pd (I take it that
this a nod into the direction of that MSP quote: "I'm quite fond of
what Fatboy Slim is doing.")
