urk ... i'm one of the guilty parties.

i was gonna announce it on the list sooner or later - it does use pd and 
  pdp and (cheers, yves!) pidip.

it's located in buffalo, ny, usa, which is practically canada.

and i suppose it's possible for it to go to graz ...
