[PD] out of memory

Hi all. I'm trying to use an external realized with VC++ 6. All works 
fine, but i'm not able to save the pd patch which recalls my external, 
because it gives the following error that breaks the execution of pd:

error:binbuf_addmessage: out of space
pd:resizebytes() failes -- out of memory

The external creates four arrays whose dimension is 44200.

What may be the cause of this crash?
