well, comparing your output of "ls -l" with your error-mail i have to 
admit that "vst~", "vpicture" and "waveform~" are *not* to be found in 
your /usr/local/lib/pd/extra/, so they won't load.
are they supposed to be somewhere else ?
try "find / -name *.pd_darwin"
